SHIPPING

We ship primarily by FedEx .  Smaller packages we often ship via USPS.   We find that Fed Ex is the safest, most reliable shipper. If you have another preference, please let us know! And if you receive an item(s) that has been damaged in shipment, NOTIFY US via email:  appcraft@bellsouth.net, or by phone at 828-253-8499.  Appalachian Crafts will file the claim for you and get you a replacement item, if available, as soon as possible.  If the item is "one of a kind", we may give you a store credit or a refund.

RECYCLING

When you receive your shipment, and you think it looks "less than perfect" on the outside (and the inside packing materials), please note that 99.9% of our packing materials are REPURPOSED PACKING MATERIALS!  We RECYCLE everything we can in shipping, including the cartons, the air packs, the bubble wrap, the styrofoam packing, and the peanuts.  We gather all of our materials from our good neighbors and reuse it in order to be environmentally conscious as well as help reduce the cost of packaging.
